We recently had the opportunity to try the Twilight Sea Turtle by Cloud B and it is just as great as I thought it would be. At four to five months, your baby is likely able to hold her head up without assistance and may be getting tired of laying around all of the time.
A swing or bouncer might be fun for a little while, but since this is also the age when infants can bear weight on their legs, it can make trying a jumper a lot of fun.
Baby Jumper
A baby jumper or doorway bouncer used to mean a device that included a seat, some straps, a spring and clamps that you attached to a doorway frame. Your baby then jumped and bounced and could play with the toys that were attached to the seat.
And while these types of baby jumpers are still available, the newer jumpers are more like entertainment centers and don't have to be attached to a door frame. To use a jumper safely with your baby, be sure to:
Always supervise your baby in the jumper.
Wait until your baby is able to hold her head up without assistance and can bear weight on her legs before putting her into a jumper.
Don't leave your baby in a jumper if she doesn't seem to like it or after she gets tired or bored in the jumper. Most babies should only be allowed to use a jumper for 10 to 15 minutes at a time anyway if they are actively bouncing for most of the time.
Stop using the jumper once your baby is walking, is able to climb out, or reaches the maximum height and weight (usually about 24 to 25 pounds, depending on the manufacturer) restrictions.
Check your door frame measurements to make sure it meets your jumpers requirements and that it is secure if using a doorway jumper.
Make sure that only your baby's toes can reach the floor when using a doorway jumper. Her feet should not be flat on the floor.

Summer Infant is world wide known to make among the best baby safety monitors, and having a video monitor instead of an audio monitor only is highly in demand among parents who always want the best baby monitor. Bo was recently sent a Star Kids Snack & Play Travel Tray to review. He loved it! But I think Mommy loved it more!
One of Bo's favorite games to play in the car is to throw whatever toy he is playing with or book he is reading. He then whines until Mommy picks it up and gives it back to him. He can become quite testy in the car -- especially since we frequently make trips to visit the grandparents that are nearly 5 hours. It's a long time in the car for a little guy who just wants to run around and play.
The Star Kids Snack & Play Travel Tray has a little ledge all the way around it that makes it perfect for holding his toys (especially his favorite -- CARS!) and keeps them contained. That isn't to say he didn't still play a lot of "fetch" with Mommy on our last road trip, but the "fetch" was significantly reduced.
Bo also enjoyed eating his snack off of his tray -- mmm... Goldfish! I think it will be a great asset in the car when he is just a little bit older and wants to color or draw while sitting in his carseat. The only thing I would recommend is to have a placemat on hand to put on top of the soft fabric of this tray for eating. That would make it absolutely perfect!

The item is nicely packaged in a convenient and simple, clear plastic zippered bag. Opening the bag, I find the tray, the strap, a single-page press release from Star Kids Products and that is about it. Not much to it. No instructions, which to me, implies ease of use.
The nicely size tray is completely covered in a navy blue nylon material. Nylon is a great choice to cover this tray because it provides durability and it is extremely easy to clean. Clean-ability and durability, if everything I owned would meet those two requirements, my life would be easier. Over the course of this review, the Snack & Play Tray has nicely collected tons of snack crumbs and a fair amount of milk without incident.
Regardless of how soft and safe the tray is, if you have brick or a knife on it, nothing good will come from it if an accident occurs. Extreme, I know, because no child will have a brick or a knife on the tray but you get the point.
Installing the Snack & Play Tray is a snap, actually it’s two snaps. A strap with two hard plastics buckles, one at each end, easily slips around the back of the car seat and accepts the buckle slide-ins attached to the tray straps. The great thing about utilizing a buckle at opposite ends of the strap is that you can just leave the strap not attached to the tray in position, making on-going installation simpler. We ran the strap behind my youngest daughter’s car seat once and then just unbuckled the tray and stored it away when she did not want to use it.
The tray has 2? high foam side walls on three of four sides, which are great to help contain toys and snacks on the flat surface. The side that sits closest to the child’s stomach does not have a wall and is cut out for an ergonomic fit. Unfortunately the lack of the wall on this side did lead to some objects falling into my daughter’s lap and on a few occasions she was unable to get them because they were under the tray.
Side flaps with two polyester mesh pockets per side nicely hang down on each side of the car seat, providing storage that is accessible to the child. Each side has a small pocket and a larger one, roughly double the size. When installed, on the right side (child’s perspective) the smaller pocket is closest while on the left side it is farthest from the child.In conclusion, I was pleasantly surprised with the Snack and Play Travel Tray by Star Kids Products. When first approached about the product, I was expecting nothing more than a cheap gimmick exploiting parents need to keep their children happy while traveling.
I found the tray to be a well constructed, easy to clean and safe product that fills a need of every parent traveling with a young child. Compared to the majority of other products reviewed on this site, the tray is a simple, low/no tech solution but it works great at a inexpensive price.
I would highly recommend the Snack and Play Travel Tray by Star Kids Products. I know that we are planning on taking it with us on our trip to Florida this summer. Hopefully it will help keep our 3-year old occupied.
